Back to the Business of Land Sales... - article image
We survived, y'all! We had lots of wind and rain, much debris scattered about (3 dump truck loads just from my yard), and lots of power outages. But as far as I know, Irma didn't claim any lives in our little town. That is something to be thankful for! We are definitely counting our blessings and finding patience with our inconveniences!

The cleanup will continue and linemen will keep working to get things back in good working order, but we have power at our office so now it's back to business as usual for us here at Carter Group. Which brings me to the point of this article. A new listing in Laurens County, GA.

Found on Flucker Maddox Rd and Clayhill Rd in Rockledge, GA, this 100 acres brings with it loads of potential. One part of the tract hosts 18 year old planted pines. The pines are currently bringing in revenue with the raked straw. So investors take notice. Whether you continue to harvest straw or cut the pines for revenue, the return will be good. There are 41 acres of this tract that has a natural stand of long leaf pines. With a great location for a 5-6 acre pond, this tract could become the perfect recreational tract whether for hunting or other endeavors.

The aerials of this property are beautiful.  At less than $3500 per acre, this tract is worth taking a little time to look it over see what it offers. We'd love to show you this land and discuss whether it may be the right fit for your investment dollars.
