Liz and I have very little real estate experience so I would say that nearly everything, all of our questions, and worries were special needs. Kyle was empathetic, and attentive to all of those concerns. On our initial visit we met Kyle at his Carter Group Real Estate office in Jesup, Georgia, he set us down in his very comfortable office and we got to know each other. We shared with him our goals, to purchase land that could be developed into our little piece of heaven. Our first impressions of Kyle were very positive and stayed the course through our entire land buying experience. Important for us was to be confident in Kyle's abilities as a realtor he did that immediately. When I asked a question, and there were many, I knew the answer was accurate and if he didn't have the answer which was rare he researched and found the answer in a short period of time.
Kyle showed us six pieces of property and we found that little piece of heaven in Screven Georgia. The whole process first visit to closing took a bit over a month, it was an enjoyable month. We teamed up with Kyle Cato, and stayed with Kyle from beginning to end because he listens well, was empathetic to our needs, answered all of our questions, was professional knew his stuff, and did what he said he would do. Our experience with Kyle has reinforced our initial impressions that he is a friendly, honest, and sincere person who would have had our best interests at heart whether we were his customers or just passers bye. Since Liz and I are new to the area Kyle has offered to be of assistance in locating contractors and other individuals who could help us make a home.
