Farm Details

There are approximately 100 acres of cultivated fields. Coupled with the 20 acres of pastureland this would be the perfect beginning for a startup farmer or a great addition to a seasoned farmer's portfolio. An added bonus is the fence already in place. These fence lines flow within the property and create a safe environment for your livestock.

House Details

The home has just over 1600 heated square feet and was built in 1910. It has a galvanized metal roof and inside you will find pine flooring. While this home will definitely need some TLC, this piece of history could shine again with the right restoration.
